When people ask why I started this company, they often expect the answer to begin with cocktails. The truth is, it began with people.
Throughout my career in hospitality, operations, nonprofit leadership, and education, I discovered one simple truth: people remember how you make them feel. That belief became the foundation of Just In Mixology LLC.
We don't simply serve beverages we create environments where conversations begin, milestones are celebrated, relationships are strengthened, and lasting memories are made.
What began as a mobile bartending company has evolved into a hospitality and experiential beverage brand built around intentional service, creativity, and meaningful human connection. Whether we're elevating a wedding, leading a corporate workshop, consulting with a hospitality business, or designing a custom beverage activation, our purpose remains the same: to create experiences that leave people feeling welcomed, inspired, and connected.
Growing up in Bridgeport, Connecticut taught me the importance of resilience, community, and showing up for others. Those lessons continue to guide our company today as we grow throughout the Tri-State region and beyond.
